  • Which countries do you ship to?

Toranj's website only ships to the United States & Canada. For all other countries please contact us for more information.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

For majority of our products, Local customers (Ontario) usually get their orders within 3-5 business days, 5-6 days for Canada wide and US customers.  

  • Where is Toranj based out of?

We are based out of Toronto, Canada.

  • Do you have a store?

Yes, we have a store in the city of Toronto (Canada), Our address is 9218 Yonge St. Richmond Hill, ON. L4C 7A2 Unit #9. Open Weekends Only from 11-5 PM (SAT & SUN).

  • Where do the designs come from?

There are few designers behind Toranj's brand. We come up with ideas and curate the whole process. Designs are either done in-house or exclusively made by other artists for our brand. Sometimes the design is just bought online, commissioned or paid directly to the artist.

  • Where are your products made?

About 90% of our products are manufactured and produced here in Toronto, Canada. We have top of the line technology such as various types of printers (Flatbed UV, Eco-Solvent, Dye-Sub & DTG), CNCs & Laser machines. We produce, sometimes on-demand, here at our own facility which makes our products proudly MADE IN CANADA.

  • How about the other 10% that you don't produce?

We work with few brands, individuals or companies within Canada or abroad, We are either their official distributor or simply a reseller of their products under the umbrella of Toranj brand. 

  • Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, shipping is not Free and our website automatically calculates the shipping costs during check-out.

  • Can I pick-up my order?

Yes, if you live in the Toronto area you can choose "Pick-Up" option during check-out to save shipping costs. Our store is located at 9218 Yonge St Unit #9, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 7A2 (Yonge/16th.) 

  • What are the pick-up hours?

You can pick up your item from our warehouse at 9218 Yonge St Unit #9, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 7A2 (Yonge/16th.)  Weekends ONLY from 11 AM - 5 PM

  • What is your refund or exchange policy?

Returns are free and easy. Because you need to be happy. We all do. however there'll be no returns or exchanges on some of our items such as Earrings due to hygienic reasons. contact us for further information. 

  • Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, whether its a customized product from our Toranj's collection or something completely custom, we are able to help you. having access to top of the line technology such as various types of printers (Flatbed UV, Eco-Solvent, Dye-Sub & DTG), CNCs & Laser machines, sure we can bring your imagination to life.

  • I am a designer or an artist or just someone with amazing ideas, can I contact you? will you be interested?
